How long does it take for the product to arrive in other countries?

Hello, for other countries outside of Chile we send the products by Fedex to your home, the times vary between 7 to 10 business days, and we ship every day.

Who are your dispatch operators?

YES, we use FEDEX for international safe shipments.

Does Gloss have a physical office?

YES, we have a distribution center - commercial office. The office is located at AV. APOQUINDO 2930, PISO 2 , LAS CONDES, CHILE. The office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Wednesday and Friday, by appointment, no public without an appointment is attended.

They sell supplies for the creation of jewelry?

No, we do not sell supplies.

Do you sell wholesale products?

No, we do not sell, only the franchise modality of the brand.

If I made a purchase online, will I receive an email with the withdrawal instructions?

Our focus is to always be in contact with our customers. After the online purchase you will receive a confirmation email, in which it is indicated that it was successful.
 

How will my product be wrapped?

Each Jewel includes packaging or wrapping of our brand. Includes velvet bag, paper bag with our brand and guarantee certificate.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Paypal). 

What is the guarantee of the products?

10 days for all events and 1 month for manufacturing defects.

In which cases does the guarantee not cover?

  • It does not apply for changes because the product was a gift, you did not like the chosen color, etc. (We as a company do not have a way to verify that the jewel has not been "worn") For hygiene, the earrings do not have change.
  • Shattered crystals: All our products are checked before being sent, so they are intact. If someone has pickets, it may be due to transport, where it is appropriate to make a claim to the transport company to solve the problem.
  • It does not cover PH damage to the skin of metals such as chains, hooks, valier, etc. Darkening of metals is clearly due to the PH of the person or dirt on the piece. Damage due to the use of chemicals, that is, use of perfumes, water, sweat, etc.
  • Broken chains are not changed/repaired.
  • Changes after the established dates.
  • Products on offer, liquidation or second selection.
  • Returns or delays in delivery times. Given the global contingency there may be delays in the delivery of your product, in this case we will follow the procedure of each transport company.
